The controller of the contact, editor and provider data submitted on Kutya Portal is the site operator.

What data we process
For contact requests: the submitted name, email address and message content.
For provider and editor access: the technical and identity data required for access.
For security and operations: logs such as IP address, user-agent and timestamps may also be stored.
Purpose of processing
Responding to inquiries, operating the services, handling permissions, preventing abuse and keeping the platform secure.
Legal basis
Consent for contact requests and certain voluntarily submitted data, necessity for service operation for editor and provider access, and legitimate interest for security logging.
Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary. Retention periods may differ based on legal, accounting, security or contractual obligations.
Third parties
Hosting, database, analytics, email, advertising and AI providers may participate in operating the service.
Examples include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Google Analytics, Google AdSense and OpenAI.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing where applicable.
