We are breeders registered with MEOESZ. Our kennel was awarded the Bronze Laurel Master Breeder title in 2012.
Why PUGS? We love them. As a large family, we keep them in a family environment, both adult and puppy dogs are socialized. Those who want to keep a pug should do so as a family member, not constantly outside. Traditionally, it is a companion dog, a lapdog. Due to its breed, it is sensitive, and it hardly tolerates the absence of its owner; it feels best when it is basically kept indoors. It can barely endure outdoor environmental conditions because of its short snout. Its care is easy, and in adulthood, it has little need for exercise. We condemn those who treat dogs as soulless objects – for example, keeping them on chains in the garden almost without any opportunity to move.
In Hungary, due to poor legal regulation, there are many breeders, i.e., unregistered “breeders” who sell without pedigrees. Because of them, inbreeding has increased. It is cheaper but risky to buy a dog from such a breeder because the dog is not screened and may go blind or develop severe neurological problems from 1.5-2 years of age due to genetic background.
Our mission: due to the above outlined situation in Hungary, to contribute by cooperating with other breeders to refresh the Hungarian pug population’s bloodline with high-quality foreign bloodlines.
The Pug is a little bit dog, a little bit cat, a little bit piglet, and a true joker with a sensitive soul. Anyone who gets to know Pugs will be struck by Pug mania!
