In 2018, the FeHoVa Winter Dog Show, organized by the MEOE Association, will welcome dog owners for the 7th time. The 4-day exhibition is held within the framework of the FeHoVa (Arms, Fishing and Hunting) international exhibition.
The FeHoVa Winter Dog Show is a series of international dog shows lasting four days, held from February 15 to 18, 2018, featuring one CACIB show per day. Over 4 days, we can participate in 4 CACIB International dog shows, in Budapest, at the Hungexpo Exhibition and Conference Center in halls “B”, “D”, 16, 17, and 18.

Daily ticket:
– on site: 3000 Ft
– online pre-sale: 2750 Ft (+250 Ft handling fee per ticket)
– family ticket: 6000 Ft
Valid for admission of two adults and three children under 14 years of age. Children under 14 must show ID.
Discounted ticket: 2500 Ft
For children under 14 accompanied by an adult, pensioners, young people with student ID, as well as disabled and handicapped persons upon presentation of the appropriate ID.
Group student ticket: 1500 Ft/person
Available for student groups of at least 10 members upon presentation of student IDs.
Admission is free for children under 6 years of age!
Tickets grant single entry and are valid for all concurrent events.
Entry with dogs through Gate II. “Visitor” dogs arriving for the FeHoVa exhibition do not need to buy a ticket; they may enter free of charge upon presentation of a muzzle and valid vaccination certificate.
Parking:
P3 and P5 parking lots:
Daily fee: gross 2500 Ft/passenger car
Entry is automatic; a token is required for exit! Tokens can be purchased at the cash registers in Reception Halls I and III.
Albertirsai road:
Daily fee: gross 2500 Ft/passenger car, 7500 Ft/bus (3 x 2500 Ft)
Parking fee must be paid on site at the start of parking, in advance.
With a VIP card, visitors can park in the P3, P5, and Albertirsai road visitor parking lots during the exhibition opening hours. When exiting, please hold the barcode on the card near the reader device.
Parking is provided free of charge for disabled persons in designated parking spaces in the P5 visitor parking lot. The exhibition area is accessible without barriers from here.

The entry fees apply to exhibitors holding a MEOESZ federation card. Without a federation card, double the published prices apply.
The entry fee for the first dog includes the price of one catalog!
Reclassification of an entered dog between classes is only possible until the catalog closes. The fee for reclassification is 3000 Ft/change.
Entry fees for Hungarian dog breeds are calculated at a 50% discount.
The applicable date for the entry fee category is the day when the entire entry fee is paid. In case of partial payment, the date when the full amount is paid is counted.

An automatic confirmation containing the entry details is sent to the email address recorded in the system. After finalizing this, a confirmation email will be sent containing the finalized form of the entry. For online entries, it is possible to pay the entry fee by credit card. After submitting the entry, the entrant is immediately redirected to OTP Bank’s online platform, where the entry fee can be settled via an internet-enabled credit card. Only those entries that are paid by credit card in the online entry system remain in the system; if payment is not made or the entrant pays the fee by any other means, the system will automatically delete the entry. The entry is valid only if the entry fee has been settled!
For postal entries, after correctly filling out and signing the entry form, you must attach a copy of the pedigree of the dog to be entered, a copy of the paid-in slip or transfer receipt as proof of payment of the entry fee, copies of Champion or Work certificates (if any), and a copy of the 2017 federation membership card.

The comment field must always include the email address on the entry form and the paid amount – this is how the entered dog will be identified.
