10. Chow-Chow Breed Description

Among our dog breed guides, the chow-chow was one of the first to be introduced. As a dedicated breeder of the breed at (Broken Hill’s Heart chow-chow kennel), I consider it a personal matter to properly present and familiarize people with this special dog breed. The dog of the gods, as the monks called it, is a masterpiece of beauty, dignity, and naturalness, proud, loyal, and reserved. The chow-chow is extremely intelligent and highly loyal to its owner; its strong will makes it a challenge for the ideal owners who are willing to invest enough time, patience, and energy into these serious, dignified, and proud dogs. The chow-chow breed introduction, mentioning external and internal characteristics, development, training, health issues, and coat care, spiced with some breed history, a wonderful featured image, and a small video about the 101 Large Dog breeds on our portal is the 9th most popular article.

7. Symptoms of worm infestation in dogs

Every pet owner should be aware of infections caused by intestinal parasites or, in everyday language, worm infestation, its symptoms, and treatment. This is important partly because these internal parasites weaken the infected animal’s body, reduce its resistance, and can be the source of numerous complicated diseases. Secondly, some of the parasites can also settle in humans and cause unpleasant, dangerous symptoms. As in many other cases, emphasis should be placed on prevention, that is regular and properly conducted deworming of our pets and adherence to certain simple hygiene rules. If you are a dog owner, deworm your dog at least every 3 months!
